Cancellation Policy
※ Important Notice
If a reservation is canceled due to personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply as outlined below.
In the event of a typhoon or severe weather, no cancellation fee will be charged if the airline officially cancels the flight.
However, if the customer cancels the reservation before an official flight cancellation is announced, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
During Golden Week, Year-end/New Year holidays, and Obon season, special cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to the product details page for more information.

※ Free cancellation within 1 hour after booking.
Access
By Car / Taxi
Approximately 15 minutes by car from Naha Airport.
From the domestic arrival floor, exit via Exit No.1, cross the crosswalk,
and proceed to the “Other Rental Cars” area behind Bus Stop No.14,
or take our shuttle bus from Akamine Station (South Exit) on the monorail.
※ Advance notice is required for shuttle service.
By Bus
Get off at “Yone Iriguchi” bus stop. About 2 minutes on foot.

Rental & Payment
At the time of check-in at our office, we will verify and copy your driver’s license,
and provide explanations regarding the vehicle, as well as insurance and coverage options.

※ If paying in cash (JPY), please bring an additional photo ID.
※ If a valid driver’s license cannot be confirmed on the rental day, the vehicle cannot be released, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

※ Depending on the driver’s country or region of issuance, a valid driver’s license or an International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required.

※ Please ensure in advance that your driver’s license meets the legal driving requirements in Japan.
Return Policy
Please return the vehicle to the designated location by the agreed contract time.
〈Fuel Policy〉
Before returning the vehicle, please refuel to a full tank at a gas station near the return office.
※ If the wrong type of fuel is used, all repair costs will be borne by the customer.
〈Rental Extension〉
If you are unable to return the vehicle by the contracted time, please contact the departure office in advance.
※ Extensions may not be available depending on reservation status.
Failure to notify us in advance will result in a prescribed penalty fee.
Unauthorized extension of the rental period constitutes a breach of the rental agreement, and all resulting damages shall be the customer’s responsibility.
Insurance
If an accident occurs while using a rental vehicle provided by our company,
and damage is caused to our company or a third party, the customer shall be liable for compensation.
To cover such liability, we provide the following insurance and compensation plans.
However, deductibles and any damages exceeding the coverage limits must be borne by the customer.

※ Coverage does not apply in cases of violation of rental terms, insurance exclusions,
or when an official police accident report cannot be obtained.
Full Coverage Plan
By enrolling in this plan, the vehicle damage deductible normally borne by the customer will be waived in the event of an accident.

Full Coverage Fee:
JPY 2,980 per day (tax included)
Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
NOC (Non-Operation Charge) refers to compensation for business loss and is borne by the customer.
In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, or damage to the rented vehicle,
a Non-Operation Charge will be applied as partial compensation for business loss
during the repair or cleaning period.
This charge applies regardless of the extent of damage, repair/cleaning duration,
or whether a damage waiver or insurance plan has been purchased.

Vehicle returned to the designated office and drivable: JPY 20,000

Vehicle not returned to the designated office and not drivable: JPY 50,000
※ In the event of an accident, the rental contract will be terminated immediately,
and any rental fees or coupons already paid are non-refundable.
※ Even if the vehicle is drivable, a charge of JPY 50,000 may apply in cases of serious accidents.

【Airport Pickup Instructions】
Exit the arrival floor of Naha Airport Terminal Building via
Exit No.1 (1st floor), cross the crosswalk, and meet us near
the “Other Rental Cars” area behind Bus Stop No.14.
※ During peak seasons, pickup times may overlap with other customers,
parking near the terminal may be restricted, or traffic congestion may occur.
In such cases, the meeting point or pickup method may be changed.
